Delivery/Collections
Collecting
Collection times are between 9:00 and 14:30 Monday to Friday. There is no addional charge for customers collecting from our warehouse.
- Collection times: Between 9:00 till 14:00 (Monday to Friday) ONLY.
- Same day collection provided that goods are paid for in full and positive ID required.
- Please advise when you will be collecting as it ensures that we will not keep you waiting.
- Orders to be paid in full through (website) payment gateway, Card, cash paid in store or an EFT.
- We have card facilities available.
Delivery
We are able to deliver to the greater Durban area, however we cannot guarantee that we will deliver to your area. We currently deliver Monday to Friday. If you require confirmation that we are able to deliver to your area, please contact us on (031) 700 4398 or email dane@packmax.co.za to confirm we can deliver to you at our standard rate.
- Free Delivery – Deliveries will be delivered between 7:30 and 16:00, excludes areas past a 100km radius from Westmead.
- For free delivery, orders placed to the value greater than R 2000.00 will be delivered the following day of receipt of payment and subject to stock availability.
- Next day delivery – Deliveries will be delivered the next business working day for R 150.00
- All deliveries will be done by our staff and fleet of vehicles.
- Before deliveries are dispatched, orders will have to be paid in full through (website) payment gateway, cash paid in store or an EFT.
- Orders received after 7:30 will be dispatched the next following day delivery.
- Deliveries will be done during the day. (Exact times on delivery cannot be given).
- Deliveries run from 7:00 – 16:00 daily (Monday to Friday).
- All orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
